How to Make the Most of Our Time Together:
- Make a commitment to overcome your challenges and achieve your goals.
- Be mindful of who you are and what you need to be successful. Make decisions for yourself that reflect this mindfulness.
- Be open, honest, sincere, and respectful in all of our interactions. We’ll do the same and we also keep all information confidential.
- Ensure that we make the most of our time together by being prepared for our meetings and minimizing interruptions during our sessions.
- Your satisfaction is important to us. Please share feedback with us so that we can best support you.
Scheduling and Payment Policies:
- All sessions that are part of a given service package must be scheduled at the time the package is selected. This selection may be made prior to or at our first session together.
- Once a service package is selected, we offer the flexibility to move to a smaller or larger one and we will adjust the cost accordingly. Please contact us directly to discuss your particular situation.
- We require 2 business days notice for cancellation of all appointments. No-show and cancellations with less than 2 business notice will be charged in full.
- To shorten the duration of an appointment, we require 2 business days notice. Shortened appointments after that time will be paid in full.
- Payments are due at time of service.
