Julie Cubino and Kevin Grosselfinger co-founded Harmony At Last, LLC in April 2004 based on their passion to help business and residential clients overcome the challenges they face and live in harmony. The value they provide to businesses is the ability to facilitate big picture strategic change with the creativity to develop solutions to manage all of the details. Julie Cubino, CPO®, CPO-CD®

Julie Cubino is one of less than 10 in the United States and the first and only professional in the state of Vermont to have achieved dual certification as both a Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®) and a Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization® (CPO-CD®). Her CPO-CD® designation is from the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD). Her distinction as a CPO® is from the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers. She writes a monthly organizing column and has been featured in several publications, on television, and on radio.

Julie is on the board of directors of Spectrum Youth & Family Services, Girls on the Run Vermont, and Women Business Owners Network. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University. She is also a graduate of Leadership Champlain (sponsored by the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce) and Basic Blue for Managers (sponsored by IBM). Prior to co-founding Harmony At Last, she was senior technical manager of engineering professionals at IBM.


Kevin Grosselfinger

Kevin Grosselfinger has been named a “Top 50 People Manager” at IBM. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Alfred University. He also is a graduate of Basic Blue for Managers (sponsored by IBM).

Kevin began his career at IBM in Burlington, Vermont, as an electrical engineer. His passion for the success of the business, leading challenging projects, and inspiring others to grow their abilities led to his current role as a senior technical manager of engineering professionals.
